Basketball Wives star Draya Michelle has been through a lot of drama from bottle throwing, guy problems and now shes being sued for allegedly busting it wide open!
TMZ reports,
Draya Michele’s ex-BF claims they made a sex tape … and now he’s suing to get it back — because he’s worried their skin flick will go public.
TMZ has learned a video is being shopped around to the big porn companies … featuring a woman who looks a lot like the “Basketball Wives” star — and her ex, David Miranda.
Miranda filed suit in NY small claims court … for loss of “private documents.” David tells us the private “doc” in question is actually a sex tape.
David says he and Draya were banging from Jan. 2011 to Sept. 2013 … and have videos meant for their eyes only — and now he’s upset someone is pimping it.
Miranda blames Draya’s for the alleged footage ending up in the wrong hands.
