MAINTENANCE MAN FOR ROLLER SKATING RINK

APPLY IN PERSON FRIDAY MAY 16 FROM 10AM-3PM. RESUMES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE FACILITY AFTER THAT.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the overall indoor and outdoor maintenance of our 30,000 square foot roller skating rink. This is an hourly position. 20-40 hours per week depending on season.

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC (change filters and belts as needed).

2. Perform basic planned and unplanned maintenance on all areas inside and outside of the building. These tasks may change without notice depending on the needs of the facility.

3. Maintain all areas of the building at company maintenance and cleanliness standards. This includes but is not limited to bathrooms, carpets, walls, roof, glass, skate floor, light show, sound system, HVAC (change filters and belts as needed).

4. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be able to climb a ladder as needed.

5. Must have a valid driver’s license.

6. All applicants will be subject to a criminal back ground check.

7. Must be available to work daytime weekday hours and can be available on call in case of emergencies.
