After 20 years of the release of in my opinion the Bible of hip hop Nas is still on top of his game. The hip hop legend is celebrating his 20th Annivery of his iconic debut album Illmatic as he told Hiphollywood “I think about the way the game was back then and I didn’t know I would even be still around this long…I didn’t want to be around this long in the game to tell you the truth.”
Such a humble guy as he was honored at the second annual Vibe awards and rappers such as J Cole, Swizz Beats and Busta Rhymes and more came out to support.
Nas also cerdit’s J.cole as one of the forerunner of this new movement.
