The woman killed yesterday at Capitol Hill has been identified as 34 year-old licensed dental hygienist, Miriam Carey. She was placed under a mental evaluation just last year after she had an encounter with Connecticut police. At the time, she told police that she was a prophet and that President Obama had her under electronic surveillance. No charges were filed at the time. Now police are searching her Stamford, Connecticut home for clues to what led to the tragic car chase outside of Capitol Hill. Police shot and killed Carey in her vehicle with her one year-old daughter in the back seat. The child was fortunately unharmed.
