March 8th is International Women’s Day and as a woman, today is our day to feel proud of how far we’ve come since the day’s first celebration in 1911. God bless the progressive activists who were ahead of their time in thinking about women’s economic and political equality in those days because today, we have more freedoms than they’d ever know.
Time to celebrate our single mom’s, all our mom’s and women who hold down the workplace, classrooms, bus terminals, church services, households and more! For everything you do….YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!
Happy International Women’s Day!
