Maryland Primary Elections Voting Turnout Lowest in Decades

The votes are in and Mitt Romney sweeps Maryland, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin in the GOP battle for the nomination in the face for the White House.
Voter turnout is said to be the lowest in decades with only about 25% of voters, statewide, showing up and casting their ballot.
