We spend more time in the office than we do at home so why not show your appreciation for your extended family…your co-worker. Here’s a great way to bring the holiday spirit to the workplace.
1. Alert your colleagues by email
2. Once you have your final list of participants put the names in a hat and have everyone pick a name
3. Make sure nobody can see the names drawn…it’s a secret
4. On the appointed day gather everyone who purchased gifts and have them place them on a table at the same time
5. Allow everyone to open their gifts and watch the smiles brighten the room
