“We’ve been everywhere from Chicago to New York, Memphis, Cincinnati, and now we’re here in Baltimore,” Fox said. She shared her gratitude to producer Dr. Bobby Cartwright for consistently inviting her to be part of the event. The evening is set to feature performances from gospel legends like Dorinda Clark, Ricky Dillard, Jacqueline Carter, and Ernest Pugh, in addition to local Baltimore talent. Fox promised attendees an unforgettable evening filled with joy and inspiration.
Beyond hosting, Fox continues to thrive in her acting career. She recently appeared in the film The Lost Holiday, directed by Jussie Smollett. When asked about her secret to longevity in the entertainment industry, Fox emphasized her gratitude for opportunities to play diverse roles. She described her character Cassandra in The Lost Holiday as a complex, layered individual navigating themes of rejection, acceptance, love, and family.
“It was a pleasure bringing Cassandra to life with drama, humor, understanding, and compassion,” Fox said. She praised Smollett’s passion as both a co-writer and director, noting how the film offered them the chance to share a powerful story despite personal and professional challenges.
Despite her busy schedule, Fox reaffirmed her commitment to connecting with fans and staying authentic. Landing in Baltimore early in the morning, she joked about transforming from her casual travel look to the glamorous Vivica Fox everyone knows and loves.
