Forbes has disputed reports of Kanye West having a net worth of $6.6 billion.
Reports on Wednesday mentioned that Yeezy and Yeezy Gap has a combined value of $4.7 billion. Pushing Kanye’s net worth to an estimated $6.6 billion, making him the richest Black person in U.S History.
However, Forbes’ staff writer Madeline Berg says that’s inaccurate. The publication estimates Kanye is actually worth about $1.8 billion while putting up big gains since May 2020.
According to Complex, Vista Equity’s Robert F. Smith is still the richest Black person in America with a Forbes-estimated worth of $6 billion.
