Jasmine Pope is a musician, and HIV advocate with over 15 years of experience creating and implementing initiatives to address mental health and healthcare disparities within medical systems throughout Baltimore City. Jasmine is currently the Director of Programs for the STAR TRACK Adolescent Health Program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she leads an amazing team of youth advocates dedicated to ending HIV in Baltimore City.
