Eric L. Anderson is the Assistant Pastor at Grace of God Ministries, under the leadership of Pastor Shelly M. Anderson. Eric is also President of The Coalition of Baltimore HIV Providers (CBHIVP). Eric has worked for The University of Maryland Center Department of Infectious Diseases for 20 years as a case manager and he believes HIV eradication is more than a 9 to 5 job.
Belonging to the LBGTQA Community as a member and educator each year the CBHIVP host a Black Gay Pride education and entertainment event. Last year there were 200 participants who learned about HIV Prevention, Transmission and Treatment. HIV is a community health crisis and the church should be a community leader for HIV and other health issues that plague the African American Community. As an Assistant Pastor it is my duty to assist the community with information, resources and prayer.
