2 Chainz confirmed on his Instagram Live that he’s dropping ColleGrove 2 with Lil Wayne in 2020.
The project is the second installment in the series and features collaborations from the two superstars. Both artists have been an anchor for the hip hop industry, especially of the southern variety. When either of them releases a project, the industry reacts. You can pretty much expect this project to grab even more attention.
“I’m also dropping ColleGrove 2 this year,” Chainz shared on Instagram live.
It’s worth noting that the first project debuted at no. 4 on the Billboard 200. The album also sold nearly 53,000 units. With today’s music industry significantly different than 2016 (when the first album released), ColleGrove 2 may certainly be historic. No matter what, it would be great to have new music from this duo.
