Deandre Somerville, 21-year-old gets 10 days after he reportedly overslept and missed jury duty.

Somerville was reportedly chosen as a juror for a civil trial in August and ordered to return the next day. However, he woke up and realized he overslept, which led him to look up punishments he could possibly face in Florida.

In result, Palm Beach County Circuit Judge John Kastrenakes found him guilty for criminal contempt of the court.

Somerville was given 10 days in jail, 150 hours of community service, one year on probation, and ordered to pay $223 for court costs along with an apology letter.
