The NBA Draft was changed to this new system but, it didn’t make sense to the people watching or the NBA Owners and players. The way the draft is suppose to work is the team with the worst record at the end of the season gets the first pick.
I guess they changed it because losing teams would try to lose more games before the end of the season to insure the first pick in the draft.
