A 13-year-old is facing murder charges in connection to the death of a 17-year-old back in March.

Baltimore police said the unnamed 13-year-old, with his attorney, turned himself in to police Thursday.

Back on March 28, police responded to the 1400 block of Montpelier Street where they found a 17-year-old suffering from gunshot wounds. He succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital.
