Former Baltimore Police Commissioner Darryl De Sousa will serve 10 months after pleading guilty to tax evasion.
De Sousa was sentenced to 10 months in Federal Prison and one year supervised release for three counts of failing to file individual tax returns. The Judge ordered De Sousa to perform 100 hours of community service hours.
He will also have to pay restitution in the amount of $67,587.72.
