Beyonce is on the run but that’s not stopping her from giving baack to her community. She is giving eight lucky people $25,000 each in scholarship money for school. Beyonce did a partnership with Google and they put up a additional $100,000 for the students. www.newsone.com
The initiative was created under her BeyGOOD foundation. Amongst those who received scholarships include Kameron Willis from Morehouse College, Cletus Emokpae from Grambling State University, Dartisha Mosley from Fisk University, Jordan Davis of Texas Southern University, Allana J. Barefield from Xavier University, Erin Evans of Wilberforce University, Caleb Washington from Tuskegee University, and Demetrius Weaver who attends Bethune-Cookman University. All the recipients were chosen by committees from the different educational institutions.
