J. Cole’s new album, KOD, talking. In the 12-track album, J. Cole was very open about alot of things ranging from depressio, alcoholism, chasing the dollar to pill-popping.

On of the most-talked about tracks, 1985, Hip Hoppers have speculated that Cole may have fired shots at Lil Pump and SmokePurpp.

On “1985”, Cole spits, “I heard one of em’ diss me, I’m surprised/I ain’t trippin’, listen good to my reply/Come here lil’ man, let me talk with ya’/See if I can paint for you the larger picture … I must say, by your songs I’m unimpressed, hey/But I love to see a Black man get paid/And plus, you havin’ fun and I respect that/But have you ever thought about your impact?/These white kids love that you don’t give a f*ck/‘Cause that’s exactly what’s expected when your skin black.”

Lil Pump has responded to the lyrics.

If Cole was talking about Lil Pump or SmokePurpp, it’s justified. They both have tweeted negative stuff about the ‘Dreamville’ rapper. Pump even premiered a diss song for Cole.
