Could a way to reduce crime come from letting people turn in guns to get out on bail? Well that’s an idea that the Baltimore City Council is considering.
In fact at Monday’s Council meeting a resolution was taken for support of idea.
Councilman Brandon Scott introduced the resolution and says, “We have to be thinking as creatively as possible to get guns off the streets.”

1black_lace This would definitely send the wrong message. These criminals do not take life seriously so why would they take this serious. They will go and do the same thing once released. They need to start tracking where the guns come from.
