Big Freedia, is waiting to be sentenced on Section 8 fraud charges, has been failing her drug test. In April and May she failed 3 times. Since she tested positive for drugs, she has been ordered to a Halfway House until she is sentenced on August 11th. She must also submit to random drug test.
