The best thing you can do is eat to live. When you eat to live you will not eat bad foods and you will make better choices. We are all in a rush because we are trying to beat the clock. All day is a rush even your lunch break has a time limit so you race the clock and if you don’t pack your lunch you grab what’s fast. Just choose the good fast food.
