Her anaconda don’t want none unless it’s got nods, hun.
Nicki Minaj feels like she got snubbed for a “Video Of The Year” nomination, and she’s calling MTV out. This afternoon, MTV announced the nominees for the 2015 MTV VMAs, and like most award show nomination announcements, there’s always push back.
Feeling her “Anaconda” music video and her collaborative Beyonce video “Feeling Myself” were both left out of some categories, Nicki took to Twitter to express her frustrations.
Hey guys @MTV thank you for my nominations. 😘😘😘 Did Feeling Myself miss the deadline or…?

If I was a different “kind” of artist, Anaconda would be nominated for best choreo and vid of the year as well. 😊😊😊

Ellen did her own anaconda video and did the #choreo lol. Remember her doing that kick 😩. Even mtv did a post on the choreo @MTV remember?

U couldn’t go on social media w/o seeing ppl doing the cover art, choreo, outfits for Halloween…an impact like that & no VOTY nomination?

When the “other” girls drop a video that breaks records and impacts culture they get that nomination. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

On another note, we also feel like Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money” and Big Sean’s “Play No Games” were snubbed, but maybe they missed the registration deadline.
What are your thoughts?
