When you are supposed to be the one to keep the peace, but are the one breaking the code, IT’S OVER FOR YOU. A New York Manager of Panera Bread, is now out of a job because he could not adhere to the main rules he was supposed to uphold. The same day he fired an employee and she later returned, all HELL broke loose. A true manager would not have allowed the EX-employee return on the premises without police present.
