Viewers of the popular Love & Hip Hop Hollywood can rest easy, as Ray J will be coming back for next season after all.

After announcing that he was quitting the show this week, due to the drama being detrimental to his relationship with longtime girlfriend Princess Love, it looks like Mona Scott has worked her magic.

According to TMZ, the singer met with the Vh1 series creator, who convinced him to sign back on to the show, and came to a compromise as far as drama.

The site reports:

We’re told Ray J asked Mona to show more of the good parts of his and PL’s relationship. Mona agreed, but insisted on keeping some drama on cam too. She knows what pays the bills.

In the end, we’re told Ray agreed to more balance — and just to seal the deal, Mona sweetened the pot with a new contract that includes ratings bonuses.

Are you guys happy that Ray J will still be on next season?
