Office Assistant/Data Entry (Full-Time)
There is an immediate opening for an office assistant/data entry position. Knowledge of English and Spanish is a bonus. Candidate must be computer literate in Windows, MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Candidate must have personal reliable transportation. Parking is free. GRAPHIC DESIGN EXPERIENCE IS LOOKED UPON HIGHLY.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
– Answer and direct phone calls

– Act as liaison between different departments
