Most people don’t realize that weight is lost in the kitchen and not in the gym.  I would like to share some info with you so you can get that belly flat again. It isn’t hard to do but you have to push yourself to stay on track and make this a lifestyle. Lose Belly Fat  for the Fall/Winter!


This is my personal stuff below!

Drink a 32oz glass of water as soon as in get up in the morning.

I never let myself get hungry and I drink plenty of water to flush my system.

I eat raw veggies and fruit everyday.

I make shakes and smoothies out of raw foods.

Sage tea and green teas trigger metabolism to burn.

I use honey in place of sugar.
