Stuart Goodall Um, if the positions are vacant, meaning they have been unfilled, thats not a job loss. Thats like saying, “People are throwing away clothes that they aren’t wearing! What are we gonna do?”
April Bradley Have you seen the murder rate lately? I don’t care if we temporarily hire flying monkeys, we need someone in those positions. Whatever happened to all of those military folks that came home to no job. That might be a good fit.

nairobiperry Those positions have been sitting waiting to be filled for a couple of years now. It’s difficult to find qualified candidates w/o lowering standards. I’m sure they’ll manage to spend the money on something else like the development of “downtown” to give visitors a false sense of safety.
