Chris Brown has been locked up for 39 days and still has not had a probation revocation hearing. The judge also refused a request to free Brown and allow him to leave D.C. on his own accord. This means he will have to endure another miserable plane ride across the country in chains via the Con Air inmate transportation system. His case may be postponed for months and his counsel says he’s stuck between “a rock and a hard place.”
