Justin Bieber has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, resisting arrest and invalid-license charges following his January 23rd arrest.  The prosecution offered a deal where Justin would not have to serve any jail time but would submit to random drug testing, alcohol education classes and 40 hours of community service.  The Biebster and his legal team rejected the deal.  Police have released a video from the arrest that shows Justin barely making it through a sobriety test.  See the video below. Justin’s attorneys convinced a judge to withhold four clips showing the singer urinating in a cup for drug testing.
