Yesterday, PR teams for Robin Thicke and Paula Patton announced they are mutually separating after nearly nine years of marriage. The couple have a 3 year-old son, Julian Fuego. According to friends, Paula finally broke the news to Robin on Friday that she was done with the marriage. She broke the news to him on the same day that his U.S. tour was scheduled to kickoff in Atlanta. Robin was apparently so upset that he cancelled the concert in Atlanta and immediately flew to Vancouver where Paula is currently shooting a film. He begged her to reconsider her decision to split. After a long heart-to-heart talk the couple acknowledged that they had been fighting constantly and not getting along. Robin reluctantly agreed to announce the separation but was so upset that he also cancelled his concert in Orlando that was scheduled for the next evening. He reportedly spent the evening with their son, Julian. Tonight (Feb 25) he has a show scheduled in North Carolina that he has also cancelled while he deals with this issue and spends time with his family. It is still unclear when he will resume his U.S. tour… or start it.
