You have got to be kidding me! Since when did a father caring TOO MUCH for his son land him in jail? Clifford Hall will spend half of 2014 behind bars for overpaying child support and seeing his son too much. A judge sentenced Hall for violating the terms of a secretly modified agreement. Hall’s 11-year-old son lives with his ex-wife.
Hall had this to say about the judge’s decision:
“I’m his father it’s my responsibility to take care of him,” Hall said.
Hall overpaid by $3,000, a fact that Harris County District Court Judge Lisa Millard found contemptible. Another term that was modified without his knowledge was his visitation schedule. Judge Millard ended up finding Hall in contempt of court. Continue reading more on this ridiculous story here.
