Last week, I had the opportunity to sit down with Baltimore City Police Commissioner Anthony Batts to discuss the concern that many of us in the Baltimore City community have about the recent violent crimes that have occurred in our neighborhoods.
Commissioner Batts unveiled a plan that, if implemented and supported by EVERYONE, will keep our streets more safe to walk without the fear of being shot, stabbed, or robbed.
