First Lady Michelle Obama plans to join Gov. Martin O’Malley in Annapolis as he signs a bill that will help veterans re-enlist in the workforce. The Veterans full employment act of 2013 creates an advanced licensing procedure for veterans and military partners who hold professional licenses in other states.
