Baltimore city police are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred in the city’s inner harbor area. The police say a 20 year-old was leaving work around 2:15 am Sunday when two people approached him on the 200 block of East Pratt Street. An argument broke out and the man was stabbed multiple times.
