Back in the day I made a lot of friends in this business and I am still friends with several of the artist from the past because they were down to earth and made friends in the radio business because they knew the importance of the relationship. I use to call them often just to talk until other people started asking me to call and ask for favors. That is when I stopped telling people that I was friends with some of them so I wouldn’t be put in that situation. I still talk with some of them to this day.
