Based on the Penn State University scandal involving coach Jerry Sandusky the college has been slapped with a $60 Million dollar fine for participating in the cover up. Not only will they have to deal with the fine but Penn State will be banned from any bowl games for the next 4 years and any wins from ’98 to 2011 will be wiped. The lost of these games will effect Coach Joe Paterno’s all time winning record taking him from the #3 spot to #11 with a loss of 111 wins.
