In their 2012 ‘Hip-Hop’s Wealthiest’ artists list, Forbes outlines who are really the movers and shakers in Hip Hop.
1. Diddy-$550 Million (Ciroc, Sean John, Enyce, Bad Boy Records, and Blue Flame)
**According to Forbes, Diddy could become a Hip Hop Billionaire in 2013 with his cable channel, Revolt.
2. Jay Z-$460 Million (Touring, selling RocaWear, deal with Live Nation, New Jersey Nets, 40/40 Chain, Translation, Carol’s Daughter, and other business ventures aka Beyonce)
3.Dr. Dre-$270 Million (Beats Electronice)
4. Birdman-$125 Million (Cash Money, Young Money, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Lil Wayne)
5. 50 Cent-$110 Million (Street King, selling Vitamin Water, touring, clothing line, record sales, movies, video games, shoes, books, and upcoming headphone line)
