71-year-old Joseph Leroy Shird was last seen Thursday morning in the 900 block of Leadenhall Street. Shird suffers from Dementia and is mentally challenged. He was last seen wearing a blue baseball cap, green jacket, blue button up shirt, Khaki pants, and black tennis shoes.
