I remember talking about this earlier this year about Baltimore City considering the increase of bottle tax from 2 cents to 5 cents. Folks were pissed off about this and I’m not sure if the increase is necessary. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake feels it will “boost funding for school construction and repairs”, according to the Baltimore Sun. What are your thoughts?
