Former Baltimore Ravens player, Jermaine Lewis was arrested late Monday night for driving drunk and resisting arrest.

Witnesses called the police after seeing Lewis’ vehicle swerving and that he ran over a volunteer fire company sign before returning home in Northern Baltimore County. When officers arrived at his home, Lewis was found “lying on the couch with his shorts half-way down to his knees,” and smelling of alcohol. Reports also show that he fought officers as they tried to arrest him.

“I ain’t hurt no one,” Lewis shouted, according to a charging document filed in court. “I’m in my house.” After being stunned and arrested, Lewis shouted three times, “I did it!” the report says.

Update: Jermaine Lewis has been released on $50,000 bail pending his trial on charges that he resisted arrest.
