Councilwoman Belinda Conway introduced a bill to ban speed cameras in Baltimore City last night at City Hall.
The bill would prohibit the use and enforcement of a school zone or work zone monitoring and speed camera control system.
“@3in3years: @DreJohnson1 absolutely not because some people take speeding too far and they need a reminder to slow that ass down!”
Adrianne Fleet- No,they shouldn’t eliminate them,maybe reduce them ,cuz they made it about money when the main factor should be safety..

Tyra Harris -Yes they should because the timing on a lot of them is off .going the speed sometimes gets you a ticket cause then at the same light it switches to yellow more than halfway thru making you get a red light tix.at some intersections you cant win for losing.
Marc Fortune -No.. But they need tp tweek it a lil.
Donald Smoot The city only gets like 10-15 off every tix.
