Superstar rapper/actress Queen Latifah is expanding her business portfolio with a new investment in New York Spring Water Inc. Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit Entertainment recently became part owners in New York Spring Water, which markets the VBlast vitamin water. “Latifah and I are really excited about this partnership,” Flavor Unit Co-Founder Shakim Compere said in a statement yesterday. “New York Spring Water is an innovative company and is definitely at the forefront of new product developments in the industry,” Compere stated. According to Compere, 7-Eleven convenience stores will carry New York Spring Water products beginning in the coming weeks.
