Updated 9:55pm — Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake held a press conference Saturday expressing her disappointment in some of the protesters inciting violence and destruction within Baltimore City.

Jason Downs, a representative for Freddie Gray’s family, urged protesters to remain peaceful. Fredricka Gray, the twin sister of Freddie Gray spoke on behalf of her parents saying “Please stop the violence. Freddie would not want this. Violence does not get justice.”

7:50pm – Weekend protests for Freddie Gray are becoming less peaceful as tensions increase. WBFF is reporting a handful of out of town protesters are throwing objects at the police in downtown Baltimore. Officers in riot gear are currently working to disperse protesters and have threatened to make arrests.

Various local news outlets are reporting that the majority of protesters are peaceful and have been since protests started earlier in the week. They report there are a handful of individuals who are actually causing problems.
