Marriott Hotel Front Desk Agent (White Marsh)
The Fairfield Inn & Suites White Marsh is looking for a part time front desk agent to add to our team! We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and personable individual to help maintain a high scoring satisfaction to our guests, while learning revenue strategies to help build daily revenue. Must be able to work alone and take direction very well. Must be able to think quickly on their feet and handle issues as they arise.
A Guest Service Agent must be able to work night shift! (3-11/ 5-11PM) Applicants should have previous customer service experience and hotel front desk-Marriott/ FOSSE experience is preferred.
This position is part time 3-4 days a week. Applicants must be able to work weekends/Holidays- shifts will primarily be weekend shifts 3-11pm.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Driver’s License.
