The 68 year-old captain of the sunken ferry in South Korea was arrested and charged with negligence, causing bodily harm and he failed to seek rescue from other ships.  28 people have been confirmed dead so far and 270 are still missing, mostly high school students.  

Over 300 ferry passengers, mostly high school students, are still lost at sea in the cold waters off South Korea.
