Andrea Constand—the woman whose alleged sexual assault landed disgraced comedy icon Bill Cosby in prison for more than two years of what was supposed to be a three to 10-year sentence—is not done speaking out against her accused attacker. She had spoken for the first time since his release from prison due to a previous deal that should have prevented his criminal prosecution. 

According to his publicist Andrew Wyatt, an "exuberant" Bill Cosby is aiming to go out on a comedy tour based on his experiences including his time in prison after being convicted of assault against Andrea Constand.

Over the holiday Bill Cosby released an incoherent message regarding the backlash against Phylicia Rashad, while also admonishing the mainstream media over the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol.

Based on the decision made by the district attorney working on the case back in 2005, it was decided that the officer would not seek a conviction due to the fact that Cosby's accuser came forward with the case a year after the alleged assault occurred while remaining in contact with him.

Andrea Constand took to social media to issue a statement about Bill Cosby's release from prison on a technicality by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Cosby and his wife Camille have conferenced with their lawyers and are possibly weighing the option to file a lawsuit against Montgomery County, the county in Pennsylvania where he stood trial.
