Baltimore Elementary School Placed On Lockdown

Liberty Elementary School in Baltimore was placed on lockdown Monday after a shooting victim entered the school seeking help. According to the Baltimore City Police Department, officers responded to the school for a report of an adult man seeking help, when the arrived medics found a shooting victim and took him to a nearby hospital.
Police say a preliminary investigation showed that the victim was shot in the 3500 block of Garrison Boulevard before fleeing to the elementary school in search of help.
Authorities say the victim’s wounds are non-life-threatening.
