Keyshia Cole has officially apologized for me late to the Verzuz Battle against Ashanti. During a IG Live video shared with her and R&B artist Elijah Blake she apologized for being late and she should have just sat in the chair. Most people thought she wasn’t in the room however, during the IG Live she admitted that she was in the room the entire time while everyone was waiting.

The battle was supposed to start at 8p EST, however, it started at 9:22. The energy and atmosphere of the battle was off according the the comments and so much more shared via social media. Fans have accepted her apology for the most part, however, we haven’t heard from Timberland and Swizz Beats yet!
