Bruno Mars has a target on his back Today. Yesterday it was Tiffany Haddish, so who knows who it will be tomorrow.

A Youtuber by the name of Sensei Aishitemasu was apart of a discussion about Bruno Mars. The question presented by the host of ‘The Grapevine’ was whether or not Bruno Mars was a “Culture Vulture”.

Sensei slammed him for trying to get rich of the backs of black culture.

“Bruno Mars is 100 percent a cultural appropriator. He is racially ambiguous. He is not black, at all, and he plays up his racial ambiguity to be able to do cross-genre and going into different places.”

She then even addressed the comparison of Bruno to the legendary Michael Jackson and Prince.

“Bruno Mars is not an original artist in the same way that Michael Jackson was an original artist, in the same way that Prince was an original artist. What Bruno Mars does is he takes pre-existing work and he just completely word for word recreates it – he does not change it, he does not improve upon it. He does not make it better. He’s a karaoke singer.”
