This has to be one of the craziest things I have heard in 2017! The NYPD has one of their own in jail for the ULTIMATE CRIME and a child is involved. This guy should be behind bars for a long time after his crime. I could not imagine him back out on the street anytime soon. He was running through his neighborhood half naked and masturbating in people’s windows.
